Responsibilities:
Monitor and oversee the general data center status and effectively report, administer and correct as necessary. Communicate effectively with Applications, Server, Network and Clinical analysts.
Experience:
- Associates Degree and two years' equivalent experience in the technical field to include supporting computer networks and customers working with computer systems and attached peripheral devices (printers, monitors, handling input and output media etc)
- Experience with interface and application monitoring
- Skills with documentation, database and tracking tools.
- Ability to create and follow procedures.
Schedule:
- Third Shift. This is a full time, permanent position.
