Subcontracts Program Manager Sr Stf

Description: This position will be leading the subcontracts program management for the Multi Functional Electronic Warfare program\. The position will be responsible for all development and production subcontract program management activities including but not limited to the following scope including working with critical internal aircraft radar subcontractors for production / delivery of product, also managing several other major subcontractors in support of the final delivered solutions\. The position is responsible for managing a cross functional team, normally composed of engineers, quality and procurement, that will ensure supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance supports program milestones and requirements\. This position is responsible for and directs key phases of the major subcontractors from initiation of the business case for make or buy decisions through requests for proposals, subcontract management plans, negotiation strategy, cost accountability and program execution\. executive reviews, supplier reviews, program reviews, contract closeout and all associated metrics\. This position requires an individual to lead a team to execute highly complex subcontracts\. Experience with TINA subcontracts and supplier management is necessary\.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
