Nature of Duties:
Maintains and improves our division wide activity based costing process and reports to Division VP Finance. Maintains standard cost accounting practices and ensures established policies are being followed related to Inventory, E&O, Labor & Overhead rate development, and Material Cost Updates across four PCB Plants. Interfaces heavily with factory controllers and the Division Quoting group. Collects data, allocates costs and prepares reports on labor, equipment, depreciation, assembly or other operating expenses, ensuring that established procedures are followed. Prepares journal entries, account & revenue reconciliations, labor and overhead rate calculation files, and performs analysis and special reports as requested.
Among the responsibilities of this position are:
Manager the global target cost update process
Performing various types of financial and cost analysis (variance, account, etc)
Preparing system generated and ad hoc reports
Assisting with month-end and quarter-end close processes
Preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports
Ensuring adherence to company accounting policies and SOX 404
Performing additional projects as needed
Potentially manages a small staff
Education and Experience:
To be considered for this position, a candidate will possess and demonstrate the following:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or another technical field coupled with relevant experience
Computer skills to include Excel, Word, and accounting software packages
Prior experience with Oracle 11i would be highly desirable
Additional experience and/or knowledge of activity based costing and SOX 404 requirements are definite pluses
8 years operational experience or experience working in a plant and understanding related costs and activity preferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
